• Our clinic is located in the Sunnyside Mall, Bedford House suite 602. (Formally iBrow&LaserClinic)
• Please fill out the forms that are included in your appointment confirmation email prior to your service.
• The door may be locked when you arrive, we will come get you when we are ready for your service.
• If you are feeling unwell please reschedule your appointment for another day.
• **Please Note Missed appointments without 24 hours notice will be charged 25% OR the full amount of the missed service depending on the type of service. The fee will be charged on your credit card or added on to your next service. If you have paid for the service in advance you will not be refunded for the amount paid. The fee will cover our time that we book out for your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
